Painting and decorating a new build house can be a unique and rewarding experience. After painting and decorating Eilidh and Will’s 1st home, they were so pleased with the results that they promptly sold it. Eilidh and Will’s 2nd house in Mid Lothian was a stunning property with plenty of potential. Our brief was to decorate their home in several stages while they and their children were away on holiday. This approach allowed us to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results with minimal disruption to their family life.

For this project, Carolie Hill of Duo Property Stylers selected Isle of Skye paint for a cohesive and elegant finish throughout the home. She also chose to enhance the space with Mairi Helena wallpaper in the landing and stairwell, adding a sophisticated touch that complemented the modern aesthetic of the house. The wallpaper not only contributed to the overall design but also helped to create a sense of continuity and style across the various spaces.

As we wrapped up this project, it became clear that there was little left for us to do. The home was transformed beautifully, and the feedback from both Eilidh and Will and the new buyers was overwhelmingly positive.
