You will receive an email roughly a week before your work is due to start. This will inform you what day we will be with you and who your team of painters are. If anything happens after that email to cause a delay, we will always let you know. You will never be left waiting

Some of the details we need are: Colour and finish choices a week before we start Access information. Will someone be there to let us in, or do we need to collect keys, or do we need a key box code? Do we need to set an alarm? If so, the code details for that.
