Special Orders – Tinted Products
Under our returns policy, Hamill Decorating Services reserves the right to refuse returns of any correctly supplied special orders. Paints produced by our colour tinting machine and other special orders are non-returnable unless found defective.
Returns Policy – Standard Orders – White and Untinted Products and Sundries
Our returns policy aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Hamill Decorating. We strive to provide detailed product information to make your decision easier. However, we understand that you may change your mind. If your order includes untinted products, white paints, or sundry items, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Ensure that the product remains in its original condition with all parts and accessories included.
How to Return a Product
To start a return under our returns policy, contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Call us at 07815530632 or email us at [email protected]. If you prefer to exchange your product, our team will assist you in finding an alternative.
When returning a product, ensure it is in its original packaging with all parts intact. Pack the product securely, clearly marking the returns number on the packaging, and send it to:

Return products by registered mail, or via your usual transport company with delivery tracking. Our returns policy does not cover return shipping costs. Ensure that Hamill Decorating Services receives the goods or proof of postage within 14 days of issuing the returns reference number. After we thoroughly inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds, credit notes, or exchanges will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned products in their original state. Our returns policy ensures you receive a resolution promptly and fairly.
